Some mutual fund distributors run more than one business, and each business is a separate registration. This block of the portal lets one person sign in once and move between them.
What it is
Fifty desktop states across six flows: first-time registration (PAN and KYD checks, a one-time password, an optional passkey and a user ID), finding other registrations and asking to add them, adding to an existing account or setting up an independent one, signing in and choosing a profile, switching profiles from the dashboard without signing out, and an Account Centre to add, manage or remove profiles, where every change waits for an authorised approver.
PAN is India’s tax ID. ARN is a distributor’s registration number. KYD (know your distributor) is the check that a distributor is cleared to work.
My part
I designed about 20 to 30 of these screens with the product’s design team. The file is large and shared, so I can’t name every screen that is mine, and the piece is credited as team work. The brand is replaced with a dummy one and all data is sample data.
