A nominee audit screen, redesigned

My redesign proposal for a nominee data audit screen: one table of current against proposed values, a Changes only filter and review states, in light and dark. Review kept the original layout.

Nominee audit in light mode with sample data: one table comparing current and proposed nominee details with one field marked changed, and a review panel with approve, send back and reject.
The same audit in dark mode with Changes only switched on, so the table shows just the one changed field.

A nominee is the person who receives an investor’s units if the investor dies. When an investor changes their nominee details, an operations user checks the change before it is applied.

What it is

The original screen showed old and new details in two tables side by side. My first version put them in one table, current against proposed, marked the changed fields, added a Changes only filter and a review panel, and worked in the product’s light and dark modes.

My part

I made this version inside the design language another team built for the product. In review, my manager asked to keep the original layout: two tables side by side, the same sections, and a read-only page with Download as the only action. The team went with that; this is the proposal. The product name, names and data are changed.
