A comms deck for every redemption message

A date-wise dashboard for the redemption process: six stages, email and SMS counts at each one, and the records that should have got a message but didn’t.

Comms deck overview with sample data: reported, eligible, triggered, not triggered, delivered and bounced counts, charts by stage and channel, and a card for each of the six stages.
Not triggered records: a table of redemptions that were eligible for a message but got none, with stage, folio, scheme, channel and the reason it failed.

A dashboard for one question: did every investor who should hear about their redemption get an email or an SMS?

What it is

A redemption is an investor selling mutual fund units back to the fund house. It runs through six stages, from acknowledgement to the payment going out or a warrant (a cheque-like payment) being posted, and the investor should get a message at each one. The deck shows, by date, how many records were reported, how many were eligible for a message, and how many emails and SMS were triggered, delivered and bounced.

Its main job is to find records that were eligible but never got a message, down to the single record. An Excel download carries a summary sheet, the not-triggered cases and the bounced ones.

My part

I designed it from an operations stakeholder’s requirement: the layout, the colours and what each stage shows. The Figma AI agent built the screens from my prompts. Names, logos and numbers here are samples.
